RAW ENGINEERING PRIVACY POLICY

In this Privacy Policy we, Raw Engineering LLC, describe our collection, use and disclosure of personal information received via the following channels:
- Any websites, products, services and software that we operate and in which we post a direct link to this Privacy Policy (collectively, our “Services”); and
- Face-to-face, phone, email, mail or other business interactions with individual representatives of our customers, vendors, or other businesses interested in our products and services.
For the purposes of applicable data protection legislation (including the European Union’s General Data Protection Regulation, “GDPR”), Raw Engineering is a data controller with respect to the personal information that we collect or obtain about you.
If separate customer agreement governs the delivery, access to, and use of our Services, including the processing of data related to your end users (the “End User Data”) that is submitted to or flows through our Services. For customers located in the European Economic Area (EEA), the United Kingdom (UK), or Switzerland or serving subjects located in those jurisdictions, we will supplement our customer agreement with the execution of a Data Processing Addendum or other written agreement governing our use of such End User Data and incorporating appropriate standard contractual clauses as required by law.
In addition, this Privacy Policy does not apply to any third-party service(s) that may be integrated into our Services.
If you access our Services or otherwise actively provide us with your personal information, you agree that we may collect, use and process that personal information as outlined in this Privacy Policy and as permitted by applicable laws. If you do not agree to the terms of this Privacy Policy, please do not use our Services or provide us with any personal information.
Information You Actively Submit: If you create an account with us, or contact, or correspond with us for business purposes, we collect personal information about you and the company or other entity you represent, including the following:
- Contact Data, which may include your name, title, username, organization, address, email address, and/or phone number;
- Account Data, which includes your Contact Data and the details of the Services you have ordered or purchased from us, and any billing address and payment card details you provide to us; and
- Correspondence Data, which includes your requests, comments, interests, and any other information you actively provide to us.
Information Passively Submitted on our Services: When you use our Services, we collect information from or about the computer, phone or other device on which you have installed or from which you access our Services, and information about your usage of our Services, including the following:
- Technical Data: The Internet protocol (IP) address used to connect your device to the Internet; browser type, version, and time zone setting, browser plug-in types and versions, operating system, and platform; the phone number you used to call us if you call us.
- Usage Data: The full Uniform Resource Locator (URL) clickstream to, through, and from our Services, including date and time; cookie number; Services you viewed; your searches on our Services; session information, including page response times, download errors, length of visits to certain pages, page interaction information (such as scrolling, clicks, and mouse-overs), and methods used to browse away from the page.
Cookies and Related Tracking Technologies: We, or third party service providers acting on our behalf, may use cookies and other technologies such as pixel tags, clear GIFs, web beacons, and third party tracking services to collect certain types of the Technical Data and Usage Data described above as permitted by applicable law. We use these technologies to ensure that our Services and our websites operate efficiently and to collect data related to the use of our Services and websites such as, but not limited to, the browser type, language preference, referring site, and date and time of each visit. We also utilize these technologies to remember when you have logged into your account on our Services, to prevent fraud; to gather statistical information about usage of our Services; to enable interactive features in our Services; and/or to advertise our Services on third party websites and other digital media. Publicly Available Information: If you have identified yourself to us as a user of our Services or expressed interest in our products or services, we may collect the following personal information about you from publicly available sources: your organization, contact information, preferences and demographic information. These publicly available sources include public profiles on company and professional networking websites.

We offer our Services to business customers. Our Services are not intended or suited for consumers or children.
We use the following categories of personal information for the following purposes:
- Contact Data to communicate with you in relation to your account or an inquiry you may make via our website or in person.
- Account Data to: (i) create an account for you or the organization for which you work; (ii) manage the account; (iii) fulfill your orders for Services; and (iv) provide you with customer support and technical assistance. If you provide us with
- Correspondence Data to respond to any specific comments or questions you may have.
- Technical Data and Usage Data to: (i) provide, maintain, monitor, secure, debug, customize and optimize our Services; (ii) provide you with customer service and technical assistance; and (iii) develop and improve our products and services.
- Publicly Available Information to supplement the other personal information we hold about you in support of our sales and marketing activities.We also use your personal information for the following purposes, as permitted by applicable law:
- Performance of Contracts: To perform our obligations and exercise our rights under our any agreement relating to our Services that you enter into with us.
- Compliance with Laws: To perform actions or activities necessary to ensure compliance with applicable national, state, or other applicable laws, to respond to requests from government authorities, or to comply with legal process.
- Protection of Legal Interests: To protect the legal interests, health or safety of a user, us, or other third parties, such as in the event of a complaint or dispute or when investigating suspected fraudulent activities.
- Marketing Activities: As permitted by applicable law, including with your consent where required, we may use your contact information to provide you with marketing communications, promotional offers and updates on new products and services.
- Merger or Sale: We may transfer some or all of the personal information that we have collected about you to another organization as part of a merger or acquisition, sale of some or all of our assets, or other change of control event. If we intend to transfer your personal information in connection with such a transaction, we may proceed with notice to you, grant you an opportunity to object, or seek your consent, as permitted or required by applicable law.
- Aggregated Statistics: To the extent permitted by law, Raw Engineering will use Technical Data and Usage Information to compile and/or create for analytical purposes, statistical, aggregated data relating to our users and the Services and display or share this information in aggregate and anonymized form. Aggregated data is derived from personal information, Technical Data and Usage Information, but in its aggregated form it is de-identified so that it cannot be used to identify any individual or individuals. This data is used to understand our customer base, their needs, to develop, improve, and market our services.
WE WILL NOT SELL YOUR PERSONAL INFORMATION. We may share your personal information only as described below and in accordance with applicable law.
- Third Party Service Providers and Partners: We may engage third party companies or individuals as service providers or business partners to perform functions on our behalf. These third parties may, for example, provide virtual computing and storage services, assist Raw Engineering with verifying customers, analyze data, send email, provide marketing assistance, provide search results, process credit card payments, or provide customer support services. - Affiliates: We share your personal information with our corporate affiliates.
- Third Party Services Integrated into Raw Engineering’s Services: A customer may enable or permit its authorized users to enable the integration of one or more third-party services with the Services being provided by Raw Engineering. When such integrated third-party services are enabled, Raw Engineering may share your personal information with that third-party service. These third-party integrated services are not owned or controlled by Raw Engineering and the third party that provides such integrated service may have their own policies and practices for their collection, use and sharing of personal information. Please check the permissions, privacy settings and privacy notices for these integrated third-party services or contact the provider with any questions.
- With Your Consent Personal information, Technical Data, and Usage Data may be provided where we are required to do so by law, or if we believe in good faith that it is reasonably necessary (i) to respond to claims asserted against Raw Engineering or to comply with the legal process (for example, discovery requests, subpoenas or warrants); (ii) to enforce or administer our policies and agreements with users; (iii) for fraud prevention, risk assessment, investigation, customer support, product development and de-bugging purposes; or (iv) to protect the rights, property or safety of Raw Engineering, its users or members of the general public. Unless prohibited from doing so by law, we will use commercially reasonable efforts to notify you prior to sharing your personal information with law enforcement or in response to any court-ordered request. Nothing in this Privacy Policy is intended to limit any legal defenses or objections you may have to any third party request to compel disclosure of your information.
- Professional Advisors: We may share your personal information with professional advisers, including providers of legal, banking, insurance and accounting services to the extent we are legal obliged to share or have a legitimate interest in sharing your personal information with such advisors.
- Business Transfers: If Raw Engineering engages in a merger, acquisition, reorganization, sale of some or all of its assets or stock, financing, public offering of securities, or steps in contemplation of such activities, some or all of the information described in the “Personal Information We Collect” section may be shared or transferred, subject to standard confidentiality arrangements.
- Protection of Raw Engineering and Others: We disclose account and other personal information when we believe it is appropriate to comply with the law; enforce or apply the terms of our agreement(s) with you; or protect the rights, property, or safety of Raw Engineering, our customers, users, or others. This includes exchanging information with other companies and organizations for fraud protection and credit risk reduction. This does not include selling, renting, sharing, or otherwise disclosing personal information from customers for commercial purposes in violation of the commitments set forth in this Privacy Policy.
- With Your Consent: Other than as set out above, we will obtain your consent as required by law before disclosing your personal information to a third party.
Some web browsers may transmit “do not track” signals to the websites and other online services with which your web browser communications. There is no standard that governs what, websites should do if they receive these signals. We currently do not respond to “Do Not Track” browser signals, settings or similar mechanisms. If and when a standard is established, we may revise our policy on responding to these signals. Third parties may collect personal information about your online activities over time and across sites when you visit or use their Sites or Services as set forth above.
We have implemented reasonable administrative, technical and physical security measures to protect your personal information against unauthorized access, destruction or alteration. These steps take into account the sensitivity of the personal information we collect, process and store, and the current state of technology. For example:
- SSL encryption (https) everywhere where we deal with personal information.
- Password protection on your account.
- Data is kept on secure, encrypted servers, located in the US.
- Restricting staff access to networks and personal information protected by password logs and two-factor authentication, where applicable.
- Regular staff privacy and security training
However, because no security system can be 100% effective, we cannot completely guarantee the security of any information we store, process or transmit.
Raw Engineering does not display third-party advertisements on its Services at this time.
Right to Review and Rectify Your Personal Information: Customers can update most of their personal information by logging on to their account. However, if additional assistance is required to change or delete inaccuracies within your personal information or you would like to know what information about you was collected, please contact us at [email protected]
Right to Remove or Withdraw Consent: You have the right to withdraw consent where such consent is required to share or use data and you may request that we delete your personal information. If you receive communications from us and no longer wish to receive them, please follow the removal instructions in the email or change your account settings. You can delete your personal information by logging into your account and deleting your account.
However, since your personal information is required for us to provide the Services to you, deleting it, especially your email address, will also terminate your access to the services. Deleting your personal information does not mean that all of it will be removed. We may be required by law, to retain your data to exercise or defend legal claims, fulfill contractual obligations with our customers; retain some information in connection with our obligation to provide the Services. We may de-identify and anonymize some data for purposes of retaining it.
If you are located in the European Economic Area or Switzerland would like us to transmit your personal information to another company providing similar services and we are required to so by law, we will work with them to do so upon request and verification of such request with both the requestor and the company receiving the personal information.
We take steps to delete data after we no longer have a legitimate purpose for retaining it. After master accounts are terminated, we delete Customer Content data and End User data within 30 days after termination. We may be required by law, to retain persona information to exercise or defend legal claims, fulfill contractual obligations with our customers; retain some information in connection with our obligation to provide the Services. We may de-identify and anonymize some data for purposes of retaining it.

If we do change, modify, add, or remove portions of this Privacy Policy, we will provide you with notice of such updates as required by applicable law and upload he updated Privacy Policy to our website www.raweng.com.
Unless stated otherwise, our current Privacy Policy applies to all information that we have about you and your account with Raw Engineering. We will not materially change our privacy or security policies and practices to make them less protective of customer information collected in the past without the prior consent of affected customers.
